CC Blade Single Coil

 The CC Blade Single coil pickup provides the vintage look and tone of a Charlie Christian blade style pickup with modern features. AlNiCo magnets and a chrome-plated mild steel pole piece in this single coil pickup deliver warm and articulate tones well suited for jazz and blues. Grounded shielding that completely surrounds the coil is very effective in eliminating noise from external AC electric fields. The scatter-wound coil is potted under vacuum to prevent microphonic feedback. Magnet types available for this pickup include: AlNiCo-II, AlNiCo-III, AlNiCo-V and ceramic-8.

H540-42 SW Humbucking

 The H540-42 SW Humbucking pickup renders the timeless “PAF” tone. Coils of this pickup are scatterwound with 42 gauge wire and the pickup is potted in wax under vacuum to suppress microphonics. Notes played on the E, A and D strings are clear and free of the “muddiness” found in some humbucking pickups. Magnet types available for this pickup include: AlNiCo-II, AlNiCo-III, AlNiCo-V and ceramic-8.

HS 90 Single Coil

 The HS 90 Single Coil pickup provides a P-90 soapbar tone in a humbucker size format. The flat and wide coil in combination with dual bar magnets and adjustable height pole pieces render tones that can range from pristine clean to gritty. Grounded shielding around the coil minimizes noise from external AC electric fields. The scatterwound coil is potted in wax under vacuum to eliminate microphonic feedback. Reso Humbucking

The custom Reso Humbucking pickup features unbalanced coils that deliver a single coil like tone with the noise canceling properties you expect from a humbucking pickup. The AlNiCo-V rod magnets and scatterwound coils deliver a cool tone found in no other pickup. Dual chrome-plated metal covers are grounded for further noise elimination. Potted in wax under vacuum, this pickup is highly resistant to microphonic feedback.  The custom mounting ring finishes the unique look of this retro-styled custom pickup.

Magnets

Alnico-II - warm vintage tone.

Alnico-III - vintage tone with slightly higher output than AlNiCo-II and a little sharper attack.

Alnico-V - higher output than AlNiCo-III but still a vintage tone with sharper attack.

Ceramic-8 - high output, brighter, more aggressive tone than the AlNiCo-V with sharper attack.
